Questions about broccoli

Are broccoli microgreens the same as broccoli sprouts?

No. Sprouts are germinated seeds eaten whole, root and all, grown in water in the dark. Broccoli microgreens are grown in a tray under light and cut above the soil line, so you eat stem and leaf only. Different product, different growing method.

Why are broccoli microgreens the cheapest thing you sell?

They grow reliably and quickly, and we grow a lot of them. At $5 a clamshell they are the least risky way to find out whether you like microgreens at all.
